Eligibility & Parental Consent
• Our content is suitable for ages 8 and above.
• If the learner is under 18, a parent or guardian must register or purchase on their behalf.
• By enrolling, you confirm that you are either a parent/guardian or an authorized adult for the child’s participation.
• Parents are encouraged to participate actively in the learning process.
Account & Access
• Each purchase grants one license per learner (non-transferable).
• Login credentials are personal and must not be shared publicly or with others.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• We may suspend access if misuse or unauthorized sharing is detected.

Payments, Pricing & Refunds
• All prices are displayed in Respective currencies and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Razorpay / Stripe).
• Refund Policy:
o 30-day 100% refund if less than 40% of the course is completed.
o After 30 days or if the course is substantially completed, no refunds will be issued.
o Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing, add bonuses, or run promotional offers at any time.

Course Access Duration

  • Once enrolled, you receive lifetime access to the purchased course content.
  • We may update, enhance, or restructure modules without notice to improve user experience.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All materials, including videos, worksheets, comics, designs, mascots, characters (like “Paise Wala Dost 🐷”), scripts, images, and content are copyrighted property of Paise Ki ABCD.
  • You may view and download materials only for personal learning.
  • You must not copy, distribute, reproduce, or sell any part of the course without written permission.
  • Unauthorized sharing, screen recording, or redistribution may lead to immediate access termination and legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).

Acceptable Use Policy

While using our platform, you agree to:

No refunds will be given in such cases.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
